Operational Boundaries
DIGISEVA operates strictly as an Aadhaar Banking Infrastructure Partner and technology enabler. We do not accept deposits, provide loans, or offer any banking services directly to end consumers. All financial transactions are processed through authorized banking partners under RBI supervision.
Regulatory Compliance
All operations are conducted in full compliance with Reserve Bank of India guidelines, NPCI standards, and UIDAI regulations. DIGISEVA maintains necessary authorizations and certifications for providing AEPS and Micro-ATM infrastructure services to authorized financial institutions.
Partnership Framework
Services are exclusively available to RBI-authorized banks, licensed BC Network Managers, and regulated financial institutions. Individual consumers cannot directly access DIGISEVA services. All partnerships require proper due diligence, regulatory verification, and formal agreements.
Data Protection
Customer data is processed in strict accordance with applicable data protection laws and UIDAI guidelines. All Aadhaar authentication data is handled with utmost security, stored exclusively in India, and used only for authorized financial transactions with explicit customer consent.
Liability Limitations
DIGISEVA provides technology infrastructure and is not liable for banking decisions, loan approvals, or financial outcomes of partner institutions. All financial services are subject to terms and conditions of respective banking partners. Transaction disputes must be resolved through appropriate banking channels.
Intellectual Property
All technology, software, documentation, and intellectual property related to DIGISEVA services remain the exclusive property of DIGISEVA Enterprise. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any proprietary materials is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
